THE WORKING PRINCIPLE CAN BE DIVIDED INTO 4 STEPS:
1. The process begins by meticulously paving the fluff cotton fiber through an advanced pipeline system, ensuring uniform distribution.
2. Next, the cotton layer is expertly dip-coated with a high-quality starch solution, securing the fibers in place.
3. The fiberglass mesh is seamlessly combined with the cotton layer, creating a robust composite structure.
4. Finally, the combined mat undergoes a stringent drying process, followed by precision edge-cutting to produce perfectly finished rolls ready for deployment.
