The PVC (polyvinyl chloride) film is a premium single-layer film crafted from synthetic polymer material, known for its exceptional weather resistance and enduring durability. It's designed for effortless installation.
Embrace sustainability with our PVC roof film, a recyclable material that can be repurposed, providing an eco-friendly alternative to traditional disposal in landfills.
Reflective properties of our PVC film redirect sunlight away from the building, significantly reducing heat absorption. This results in lower energy costs and enhances temperature control within the structure.
Outstanding Performance and Remarkable Durability
Experience peace of mind with PVC roofs that boast a lifespan exceeding 30 years, minimizing the need for frequent repairs or replacements.
Built to Resist Weather and Ultraviolet Radiation
Our roofs are meticulously engineered to endure extreme weather conditions, including high winds, heavy rain, and intense sun exposure. They resist cracking, peeling, and splitting, even under the harshest conditions.
Superior Thermal Insulation
Our PVC roofing system effectively regulates indoor temperatures, maintaining a cool environment in summer and warmth during winter. This results in heightened comfort and reduced energy consumption for heating and cooling systems.
The PVC roof film can be installed using two primary methods:
Complete Bonding Method:
This method involves attaching the film directly to the underlying substrate using adhesive or hot air welding techniques. It offers superior waterproof performance and enhanced wind resistance. However, it requires meticulous surface preparation for optimal bonding and may demand more time than other methods.
Mechanical Fixation Method:
By securing the film to the roof deck with mechanical anchors like screws or plates, this method ensures quicker installation. However, it may offer slightly less water resistance compared to a fully adhered system. Important considerations include building height, location, weather conditions, and local building codes.
Regardless of the method chosen, key factors must be considered during installation. The roof slope should be evaluated, as PVC films perform optimally on flat or low-pitched roofs for effective rainwater drainage. Additionally, selecting the right insulation material is crucial to complement the PVC roofing system's performance.
Application of Single-Layer Film System:

1) How to Select Suitable Waterproof Membranes?
- For exposed areas, such as roofs, we recommend TPO/PVC waterproof membranes. They can be applied using welding or adhesive methods.
- For unexposed areas, like kitchens or bathrooms, we suggest high polymer PE combined with non-woven fabric, applied with cement. Tiles can then be adhered to the cement.
2) Is OEM Service Available?
- Absolutely, we gladly offer OEM services.
Kindly provide your logo, and we will design it for you, or feel free to send us your completed design. We can then print it on
the packaging, round paper, profile paper, or the outer carton.
3) Are You a Factory?
- Yes, Shandong Chenhua Waterproof Co., Ltd. is a distinguished factory specializing in diverse waterproof materials since 1994. Located in China's Waterproof Town, Taitou, our products cater to exposed and unexposed substrates' waterproofing needs.
4) Delivery Time
- Typically, an order is completed within 10 days after confirmation. Delivery times vary based on specific requirements and order quantities.
