THE WORKING PRINCIPLE CAN BE DIVIDED INTO 4 STEPS:
1. The process commences with the precise laying of fluff cotton fiber at the production's onset via advanced pipelines.
2. The cotton layer is then expertly dip-coated using starch to enhance its structural properties.
3. Subsequently, the fiberglass mesh is seamlessly combined with the cotton layer, creating a robust composite material.
4. The resulting combined mat undergoes a meticulous drying process, followed by precision edge cutting to produce ready-to-use rolls.
