APPLICATION OF COMPOUND BASE MAT:
These mats serve as crucial internal reinforcements for SBS/APP modified bitumen waterproofing membranes, providing enhanced strength and longevity to the membranes.
THE WORKING PRINCIPLE CAN BE DIVIDED INTO 4 STEPS:
1. Initially, the fluff cotton fiber is meticulously paved onto the start of the production line through advanced pipeline systems.
2. The laid cotton layer is then precisely dip-coated with a layer of starch for added integrity.
3. The fiberglass mesh is skillfully combined with the cotton layer, creating a robust composite material.
4. The composite mat undergoes a thorough drying process, followed by precise edge trimming to produce finished rolls ready for use.
