Application method:
1. Substrate:
Ensure that the substrate is impeccably clean, dry, and devoid of contaminants, setting the stage for a flawless application.
Thoroughly remove all dust, along with any loose and friable materials to prepare the surface.
Identify and fully expose blowholes and voids, following up with expert repairs.
2. Primer:
Before membrane placement, apply primer with meticulous care. Clean the substrate using a dust catcher or blower, then coat it with a treatment primer to embellish waterproofing, ensuring effectual dust consolidation and superior adhesion.
3. Membrane placement:
*Unroll the torch-on membrane with precision, ensuring perfect alignment before commencing the torching or bonding procedure.
*Lay each membrane parallel, staggering by at least 1 meter to prevent overlapping joints, thereby enhancing stability.
*Alternate the end-to-end overlaps scrupulously, avoiding alignment along a single line to fortify structural integrity.
*Start at the lowest slope height, prioritizing attention to drains, downpipes, or other critical details for optimal application.
*During the torching phase, apply simultaneous heat to both the membrane and substrate, concentrating on the roll and overlap areas to ensure a secure bond.
*Precisely weld the overlaps to secure a clean trickle of melted mixture, approximately 1 cm wide, along the overlap line for a pristine finish.
4.Apply a roller to firmly compress the membrane surface, guaranteeing impeccable adhesion that withstands the test of time.


Attention:
1. The substrate must remain dry and spotlessly clean. Avoid work on rainy or snowy days to achieve the best results.
2. Refrain from working in winds exceeding grade 5 to ensure safety and maintain quality.
3. Construction should be halted if the temperature drops below 5°C.
4. If rain or snow occurs during construction, it is imperative to employ protective measures for the laid membrane to uphold quality.
5. All personnel must don designated safety uniforms, and fire control equipment is a mandatory requirement during installation.


Packing and shipping:
1. Store membranes in a dry, well-ventilated environment to maintain their pristine quality.
2. Store different types of membranes separately to prevent any mixing.
3. Under optimal storage conditions, the shelf life extends up to one year from the date of production.
4. To ensure the integrity and quality of the membrane rolls during transportation, they must be stored in an upright position. Shield them from direct sunlight and rain to maintain their pristine condition and maximize longevity.
