Application Method:
1. Substrate Preparation:
Ensure your substrate is pristine-clean, dry, and free from contaminants-setting the stage for an immaculate application process.
All dust and any loose materials must be meticulously removed to guarantee a flawless finish.
Blowholes and voids must be fully exposed and skillfully repaired to ensure a seamless application thereafter.
2. Primer Application:
Before membrane placement, apply primer with precision. Clean the substrate using a dust catcher or blower, then apply a treatment primer to bolster waterproofing, ensuring effective dust consolidation and superior adhesion for optimal results.
3. Membrane Placement:
*Carefully unroll the torch-on membrane, aligning it with precision before commencing the torching or bonding process.
*Lay each membrane in parallel, ensuring a staggered configuration by at least 1 meter to avoid joint overlap, thus ensuring maximum stability.
*Alternating the end-to-end overlaps is paramount, avoiding alignment along a single line to enhance structural integrity.
*Initiate at the lowest slope height, prioritizing areas around drains, downpipes, or other critical details for optimal results.
*During the torching process, simultaneously heat both the membrane and the substrate, paying special attention to the roll and overlapping areas for a secure and steadfast bond.
*Precisely weld overlaps to ensure a clean trickle of melted mixture, approximately 1 cm wide, along the overlap line, achieving a flawless finish.
4. Final Compression:Utilize a roller to firmly compress the membrane surface, ensuring a perfect adhesion that will withstand the test of time and elements.


Attention:
1. The substrate must be dry and clean. Avoid work on rainy or snowy days to achieve the best results.
2. Refrain from working in winds stronger than grade 5 to ensure safety and maintain quality.
3. Construction should not proceed if the temperature falls below 5°C to maintain optimal conditions.
4. Should rain or snow occur during construction, it's crucial to implement protective measures for the laid membrane to preserve quality.
5. All personnel must don designated safety uniforms, and fire control equipment is an obligatory requirement during installation to ensure safety.


Packing and Shipping:
1. Store membranes in a dry, well-ventilated environment to maintain and preserve quality.
2. Different types of membranes should be stored separately to prevent any mixing, ensuring product integrity.
3. Under optimal storage conditions, the membranes have a shelf life of one year from the date of production.
4. During transportation, ensure membrane rolls are stored upright, providing essential protection from sunlight and rain to maintain their quality and longevity.
