THE WORKING PRINCIPLE CAN BE DIVIDED INTO 4 STEPS:
1. Initiating the process by strategically laying the fluff cotton fiber at the production start through advanced pipeline systems.
2. Applying a dip coat of high-quality starch to the cotton layer, ensuring optimal bonding and strength.
3. Expertly combining the resilient fiberglass mesh with the cotton layer for enhanced durability.
4. Professionally drying the combined mat and meticulously trimming edges to create perfectly formed ready rolls.
