Application method:
1. Substrate:
Ensure the substrate is impeccably clean, dry, and devoid of contaminants, prepared for flawless application.
Thoroughly eliminate all dust and any loose or friable materials.
Blowholes and voids should be expertly exposed and repaired.
2. Primer:
Apply primer meticulously before membrane placement. Use a dust catcher or blower to clean the substrate, then coat with a treatment primer to enhance waterproofing, ensuring robust dust consolidation and superior adhesion.
3. Membrane placement:
*Unroll the torch-on membrane with precision, ensuring accurate alignment before torching or bonding.
*Lay each membrane parallel, staggered by at least 1 meter to prevent coinciding joints for optimal stability.
*Alternating end-to-end overlaps is vital, avoiding single-line alignment for enhanced structural integrity.
*Begin at the lowest slope height, prioritizing drains, downpipes, or other critical details.
*During torching, simultaneously heat both the membrane and substrate, focusing on the roll and overlap areas to secure a strong bond.
*Weld overlaps precisely to ensure a neat trickle of melted mixture, approximately 1 cm wide, along the overlap line for a flawless finish.
4.Utilize a roller to firmly compress the membrane surface, ensuring impeccable adhesion that endures the test of time.


Attention:
1. The substrate must be dry and clean. Avoid working on rainy or snowy days to ensure best results.
2. Avoid operations in winds exceeding grade 5 for safety and quality assurance.
3. Do not proceed with construction if the temperature is below 5°C.
4. If rain or snow occurs during construction, implementing protective measures for the laid membrane is essential to maintain quality.
5. All personnel must wear designated safety uniforms, and fire control equipment is a mandatory requirement during installation.


Packing and shipping:
1. Store membranes in a dry, well-ventilated environment to preserve their quality.
2. Store different types of membranes separately to prevent mixing.
3. Under optimal conditions, storage duration is one year from the production date.
4. To ensure pristine condition and longevity, membrane rolls should be stored upright during transit, carefully shielded from sunlight and rain.
