2. The next step meticulously dip coats the cotton layer with high-quality starch for enhanced bonding.
3. Seamlessly combine the robust fiberglass mesh with the cotton layer, ensuring a solid and cohesive mat.
4. Finally, dry the expertly combined mat and execute precise edge cutting to achieve perfectly ready rolls.
