Method of Application:
1. Preparing the Substrate:
Ensure that the substrate is impeccably clean, dry, and free from contaminants, primed for a flawless application.
Meticulously remove all dust and any loose, friable materials to set the stage for success.
Thoroughly expose and expertly repair any blowholes and voids to ensure a perfect surface.
2. Applying the Primer:
Before placing the membrane, meticulously apply primer. Clean the substrate with a dust catcher or blower, then coat it with a treatment primer to enhance waterproofing efficacy, ensuring robust dust consolidation and superior adhesion.
3. Placing the Membrane:
*Unroll the torch-on membrane with utmost precision, aligning it accurately before commencing the torching or bonding process.
*Lay each membrane in parallel, ensuring they are staggered by at least 1 meter to prevent coinciding joints, guaranteeing optimal stability.
*Alternating the end-to-end overlaps is crucial, avoiding linear alignment for enhanced structural integrity.
*Always begin at the lowest slope height, prioritizing drains, downpipes, or other critical details for superior results.
*During the torching process, simultaneously heat both the membrane and substrate, concentrating on the roll and overlapping areas for a secure bond.
*Meticulously weld overlaps to ensure a clean, perfect trickle of melted mixture, approximately 1 cm wide, along the overlap line for an impeccable finish.
4.Use a roller to firmly compress the membrane surface, ensuring flawless adhesion that defies the test of time.

1. The substrate must be dry and pristine. Avoid working on rainy or snowy days to achieve the best results.
2. Avoid undertaking work in winds stronger than grade 5 to ensure both safety and quality.
3. Construction should not proceed if the temperature dips below 5°C.
4. If rain or snow occurs during construction, implementing protective measures for the laid membrane is crucial to maintain its exceptional quality.
5. It is imperative for all personnel to wear designated safety uniforms, and having fire control equipment on hand is mandatory during installation.

1. Store membranes in a dry, well-ventilated environment to preserve their exceptional quality.
2. Different types of membranes should be stored separately to prevent any potential mixing.
3. Under optimal conditions, the storage duration is one year from the production date, ensuring peak performance.
