The PVC (polyvinyl chloride) film is a superior, single-layer masterpiece crafted from synthetic polymer material, renowned for its outstanding weather resistance and exceptional long-term durability. Effortlessly installed, it promises to be a reliable component of your construction needs.
Embrace sustainability with PVC roof film, a recyclable miracle. These membranes can be given new life through recycling, helping to reduce landfill waste significantly.
Ingenious by design, our PVC membranes reflect sunlight away from the building, drastically reducing heat absorption. This contributes to lower energy costs and enhanced temperature control within your structure.
Unparalleled Performance and Longevity
With PVC roofs, enjoy peace of mind for over 30 years without the hassle of frequent repairs or replacements, ensuring long-term satisfaction and reliability.
Superior Resistance to Weather and Ultraviolet Rays
Engineered to prevail against the harshest of conditions, these roofs resist high winds, heavy rain, and relentless sun exposure. They are crafted to avoid cracking, peeling, or splitting, maintaining their integrity over time.
Remarkable Thermal Insulation Capabilities
Our PVC membranes are adept at regulating interior temperatures, keeping spaces cool in summer and warm in winter, which boosts comfort and curtails energy expenditures for climate control systems.
Two primary installation techniques for PVC roof films are available:
Fully Bonded Application:
In this method, the film is securely attached to the substrate using adhesive or hot-air welding. This approach offers superior waterproofing and wind resistance but demands meticulous surface preparation, potentially increasing installation time.
Mechanically Secured Installation:
The film is fastened to the roof deck with mechanical anchors like screws or plates, offering quicker installation but potentially less water resistance compared to a fully bonded system. Considerations such as building height, location, weather, and building codes are vital when choosing the method.
Regardless of the chosen installation method, certain key factors need attention. Assess the roof slope as PVC films excel on flat or low-pitched roofs, effectively draining rainwater. The insulation type under the membranes also plays a crucial role, and selecting the right material is paramount for optimal performance.
Application for Single-layer Film Systems:

1) How to select the ideal waterproof membranes?
- For exposed areas like roofs, TPO/PVC waterproof membranes are recommended. They can be welded or glued for optimal application.
- For unexposed areas like kitchens or bathrooms, high polymer PE+non-woven fabric is suggested. This can be applied with cement, and tiles can be adhered to the cement surface.
2) Is OEM service available?
- Absolutely, we warmly welcome OEM service at all times.
Please provide your logo, and we will design it for you, or you can send us your finished design directly. We will then print on
the wrapping round paper, profile paper, or outer carton as desired.
3) Are you a factory?
- Indeed, Shandong Chenhua Waterproof Co., Ltd. is a distinguished factory specializing in waterproof materials since 1994. Established in China's Waterproof Town, Taitou, we cater to diverse waterproofing demands for exposed and unexposed applications.
4) Delivery timeline
- Typically, an order is completed within 10 days post-confirmation. Delivery times vary based on specific requirements and order quantities.
