These mats are ingeniously utilized as the internal reinforcement layer within SBS/APP modified bitumen waterproofing membranes, enhancing durability and performance.
THE WORKING PRINCIPLE CAN BE DIVIDED INTO 4 STEPS:
1. The process initiates with the strategic placement of fluff cotton fiber, meticulously laid using advanced pipeline systems.
2. This is followed by a precise dip coating of the cotton layer with starch, ensuring optimal adhesion and strength.
3. Next, the fiberglass mesh is seamlessly integrated with the cotton layer, forming a robust and cohesive structure.
4. Finally, the combined mat undergoes a thorough drying process, followed by precise edge-cutting, resulting in perfectly finished rolls ready for application.
