APPLICATION OF COMPOUND BASE MAT:

THE WORKING PRINCIPLE CAN BE DIVIDED INTO 4 STEPS:
1. Initiate the process by skillfully paving the fluff cotton fiber at the production start using advanced pipelines.
2. Expertly apply a dip coating of starch to the cotton layer, enhancing its integrity.
3. Seamlessly combine the fiberglass mesh with the cotton layer to create a robust composite structure.
4. Efficiently dry the combined mat, followed by precision edge cutting, to produce perfectly prepared rolls ready for use.
