Application method:
1. Substrate:
Ensure that the substrate is impeccably clean, dry, and free from any contaminants, setting the stage for a flawless application.
All dust and any loose or friable materials must be meticulously removed.
Blowholes and voids should be fully exposed and expertly repaired to ensure an even surface.
2. Primer:
Prior to membrane application, diligently apply the primer. Clean the substrate using a dust catcher or blower, then coat it with a high-performance treatment primer to elevate waterproofing, ensuring effective dust consolidation and exceptional adhesion.
3. Membrane placement:
*Unroll the torch-on membrane with precision, ensuring perfect alignment before beginning the torching or bonding process.
*Lay each membrane in parallel, ensuring they are staggered by at least 1 meter to prevent coinciding joints, enhancing stability.
*Alternating the end-to-end overlaps is essential, avoiding alignment along a single line for reinforced integrity.
*Always begin at the lowest slope height, prioritizing drains, downpipes, or other critical details for optimal efficiency.
*During the torching process, apply heat to both the membrane and substrate, focusing on the roll and overlaps to achieve a secure bond.
*Precisely weld overlaps to ensure a sleek trickle of melted mixture, approximately 1 cm wide, along the overlap line for an immaculate finish.
4.Use a roller to firmly compress the membrane surface, ensuring steadfast adhesion that endures.


Attention:
1. Ensure the substrate is dry and clean. Avoid working on rainy or snowy days to achieve the best results.
2. Refrain from working in winds exceeding grade 5 to maintain safety and quality.
3. Construction should not proceed if the temperature drops below 5°C.
4. Should rain or snow occur during construction, protective measures for the laid membrane are essential to preserve quality.
5. All personnel must wear designated safety uniforms, and having fire control equipment on-site is mandatory during installation.


Packing and shipping:
1. Store membranes in a dry, well-ventilated environment to maintain quality.
2. Different types of membranes should be stored separately to prevent any mixing.
3. With optimal conditions, the storage duration is one year from the production date.
4. During transportation, it is crucial that membrane rolls are stored in an upright position and protected from the elements, such as sunlight and rain, to ensure their preservation and integrity.
