Our state-of-the-art compound base mats are integral as inner reinforcement layers, enhancing the robustness of SBS/APP Modified Bitumen Waterproofing Membranes.
THE WORKING PRINCIPLE CAN BE DIVIDED INTO 4 STEPS:
1. Begin the process by expertly paving fluff cotton fiber at the start of the production process using advanced pipeline technology.
2. Apply a precise dip coating of starch to the cotton layer, ensuring optimal adhesion and stability.
3. Seamlessly integrate the fiberglass mesh with the cotton layer, creating a perfectly bonded composite mat.
4. Complete the process by drying the combined mat and trimming the edges to produce ready-to-use rolls.
