1. Begin the process with precision: utilize pipelines to meticulously pave the fluff cotton fiber, setting the foundation for production.
2. Enhance the cotton layer's integrity by expertly dip-coating with starch, ensuring robustness and quality.
3. Seamlessly integrate by combining the resilient fiberglass mesh with the coated cotton layer, forming a unified structure.
4. Finalize with finesse: dry the combined mat thoroughly, followed by precise edge cutting to produce ready-to-use rolls.
