THE WORKING PRINCIPLE CAN BE DIVIDED INTO 4 STEPS:
1. Begin the process by skillfully paving the fluff cotton fiber onto the production line using precision pipelines.
2. Elevate the cotton layer with a dip coating of high-quality starch, ensuring optimal adhesion and strength.
3. Seamlessly integrate the fiberglass mesh with the cotton layer, creating a robust, unified structure.
4. Finalize the production by expertly drying the combined mat and meticulously trimming the edges to produce perfectly rolled, ready-to-use materials.
