Application method:
1. Substrate:
Prepare the substrate to perfection-meticulously clean, dry, and free from contaminants for a faultless application.
All dust and any loose, friable materials must be expertly cleared away, ensuring a pristine surface.
Blowholes and voids, once revealed, require skilled repair to maintain surface integrity.
2. Primer:
Before membrane placement, apply a primer with meticulous care. Clean the substrate using a high-efficiency dust catcher or blower, then coat with a treatment primer to amplify waterproofing, ensuring dust consolidation and superior adhesion.
3. Membrane placement:
*Unroll the torch-on membrane with precision, ensuring perfect alignment before initiating the torching or bonding process.
*Lay each membrane in parallel, ensuring a strategic stagger of at least 1 meter to prevent joint convergence and enhance stability.
*Alternating the end-to-end overlaps is vital, steering clear of alignment along a single line to promote structural integrity.
*Always embark on the process at the lowest slope height, prioritizing drains, downpipes, or other critical details for optimal results.
*During the torching process, apply heat judiciously to both the membrane and substrate, concentrating on the roll and overlapping areas to guarantee a firm, secure bond.
*Execute precise welding of overlaps, ensuring a smooth trickle of melted mixture, approximately 1 cm wide, along the overlap line for a flawlessly finished result.
4.Employ a robust roller to firmly compress the membrane surface, securing flawless adhesion that endures.

1. The substrate must be impeccably dry and clean. Avoid operations on rainy or snowy days to achieve optimal outcomes.
2. Steer clear of working in winds exceeding grade 5 to ensure both safety and quality are maintained.
3. Halt construction if the temperature drops below 5°C to avoid compromising quality.
4. Should rain or snow arise during construction, safeguard the laid membrane with protective measures to uphold its quality.
5. All personnel must don designated safety gear, with fire control equipment being a non-negotiable requirement during installation.


Packing and shipping:
1. Store membranes in a dry, well-ventilated space to maintain their premium quality.
2. Different types of membranes should be kept separate to avoid any risk of mixing.
3. In ideal conditions, the storage period extends to one year from the date of production.
