Application method:
1. Substrate:
Ensure the substrate is impeccably clean, dry, and free from any contaminants, providing an ideal surface for flawless application.
All dust, along with any loose and friable materials, must be thoroughly removed for a pristine base.
Blowholes and voids should be completely exposed and expertly repaired thereafter to ensure integrity.
2. Primer:
Prior to membrane placement, meticulously apply a primer. Employ a dust catcher or blower to cleanse the substrate, then coat it with a treatment primer to fortify waterproofing, ensuring optimal dust consolidation and superior adhesion.
3. Membrane placement:
*Carefully unroll the torch-on membrane, aligning it with precision before commencing the torching or bonding process.
*Position each membrane in parallel, staggering them by at least 1 meter to circumvent coinciding joints, thereby enhancing stability.
*Alternating the end-to-end overlaps is pivotal, avoiding alignment along a singular line for heightened integrity.
*Always initiate at the lowest slope height, prioritizing drains, downpipes, or other essential details.
*During the torching process, simultaneously heat both the membrane and substrate, concentrating on the roll and overlapping areas to secure a robust bond.
*Expertly weld overlaps to ensure a neat trickle of melted mixture, approximately 1 cm wide, along the overlap line for a pristine finish.
4.Utilize a roller to firmly compress the membrane surface, guaranteeing impeccable adhesion that endures over time.


Attention:
1. The substrate must remain dry and immaculate. Avoid working on rainy or snowy days to ensure superior results.
2. Refrain from working in winds exceeding grade 5 to maintain safety and quality.
3. Construction should not proceed if the temperature is below 5°C to ensure effective application.
4. In the event of rain or snow during construction, it is crucial to implement protective measures for the laid membrane to preserve quality.
5. All personnel must don designated safety uniforms, and fire control equipment is mandatory during installation.


Packing and shipping:
1. Store membranes in a dry, well-ventilated environment to maintain their quality and integrity.
2. Different varieties of membranes should be stored separately to prevent any mixing.
3. Under optimal conditions, the storage lifespan is one year from the production date, ensuring product reliability.
4. During transit, membrane rolls should be stored vertically and shielded from sunlight and rain to ensure preservation.
