PVC roof film can be installed using two principal methods:
Complete bonding installation:
This method involves securing the film directly to the underlying substrate via adhesive or hot-air welding. It offers superior waterproofing and enhanced resistance to wind uplift. While requiring meticulous surface preparation, it ensures a durable bond, though it may be more time-consuming than alternative methods.
Mechanical fixation method:
Here, the film is anchored to the roof deck with mechanical fasteners like screws or plates. This technique allows for quicker installation but may not match the water resistance of fully adhered systems. When choosing installation methods, consider factors like building height, local weather conditions, and building codes.
During installation, regardless of the chosen method, attention to key factors is crucial. Evaluate roof slope carefully, as PVC films perform optimally on flat or low-pitched roofs, facilitating efficient rainwater drainage. Select appropriate insulation material beneath the membranes to enhance the overall performance of the PVC roofing system.

1) How to select suitable waterproof membranes?
- For exposed areas such as roofs, we recommend TPO/PVC waterproof membranes, which can be applied via welding or adhesive methods.
- For non-exposed areas like kitchens or bathrooms, we suggest high polymer PE with non-woven fabric, which can be applied with cement, allowing tiles to be affixed seamlessly.
2) Is OEM service available?

Please send your logo, and we will design for you, or you can provide your finished design directly. We will then print on
the packing round paper, profile paper, or the exterior of the carton.
