Application method:
1. Substrate:
Ensure that the substrate is immaculately clean, dry, and devoid of any impurities, setting the stage for flawless application.
All dust, along with any loose and friable materials, must be meticulously removed.
Blowholes and voids should be fully exposed and skillfully repaired thereafter.
2. Primer:
Before you lay down the membrane, apply primer with precision. Clean the substrate using a dust catcher or blower, then coat it with a treatment primer to enhance waterproofing, ensuring effective dust consolidation and superior adhesion.
3. Membrane placement:
*Unroll the torch-on membrane with precision, aligning it accurately before commencing the torching or bonding process.
*Lay each membrane in parallel, ensuring they are staggered by at least 1 meter to avoid coinciding joints for optimal stability and integrity.
*Alternating the end-to-end overlaps is crucial, avoiding alignment along a single line to enhance structural integrity.
*Always initiate at the lowest slope height, prioritizing drains, downpipes, and other crucial areas.
*During the torching process, simultaneously heat both the membrane and substrate, concentrating on the roll and overlapping areas to secure a robust bond.
*Meticulously weld overlaps to ensure a clean trickle of melted mixture, approximately 1 cm wide, along the overlap line for a flawless finish.
4.Employ a roller to firmly compress the membrane surface, guaranteeing an impeccable adhesion that withstands the test of time.


Attention:
1. The substrate must be dry and pristine. Avoid working on rainy or snowy days for optimal results.
2. Refrain from working in winds stronger than grade 5 to ensure safety and quality.
3. Construction should not proceed if the temperature falls below 5°C.
4. In the event of rain or snow during construction, protective measures for the laid membrane are essential to preserve quality.
5. All personnel must wear designated safety uniforms, and appropriate fire control equipment is mandatory during installation.


Packing and shipping:
1. Store membranes in a dry, well-ventilated environment to maintain quality.
2. Different types of membranes should be stored separately to prevent cross-contamination.
3. Under optimal conditions, the storage duration is one year from the production date.
4. Ensure the longevity and quality of our membrane rolls by storing them in an upright position during transportation. These rolls should be kept under cover, shielded from sunlight and adverse weather conditions, such as rain, to maintain their pristine condition and performance.
