THE WORKING PRINCIPLE CAN BE DIVIDED INTO 4 STEPS:
1. The journey begins by precisely laying the fluff cotton fiber at the start of the production line using advanced pipelines.
2. The cotton layer is then expertly dip-coated with high-quality starch to add resilience.
3. Next, the fiberglass mesh is seamlessly combined with the cotton layer, ensuring a robust and unified structure.
4. Finally, the combined mat undergoes thorough drying and precise edge cutting to produce ready-to-use rolls.
