Application method:
1. Substrate:
Ensure that the substrate is impeccably clean, dry, and devoid of contaminants, ready for flawless application.
Thoroughly remove all dust and any loose or friable materials.
Fully expose and expertly repair any blowholes and voids for a perfect finish.
2. Primer:
Meticulously apply a primer before placing the membrane. Use a dust catcher or blower to clean the substrate, then coat it with a treatment primer. This enhances waterproofing by ensuring effective dust consolidation and superior adhesion.
3. Membrane placement:
*Unroll the torch-on membrane with precision, aligning it accurately before commencing the torching or bonding process.
*Lay each membrane in parallel, ensuring they are staggered by at least 1 meter to prevent coinciding joints, which is crucial for optimal stability.
*Alternate the end-to-end overlaps, avoiding alignment along a single line to enhance structural integrity.
*Always begin at the lowest slope height, giving priority to drains, downpipes, or other critical details.
*During the torching process, simultaneously heat both the membrane and substrate, focusing on the roll and overlapping areas to ensure a secure bond.
*Precisely weld overlaps to guarantee a clean trickle of melted mixture, approximately 1 cm wide, along the overlap line for a polished finish.
4.Employ a roller to firmly compress the membrane surface, ensuring flawless adhesion that endures over time.


Attention:
1. The substrate must be dry and clean. Avoid proceeding with work on rainy or snowy days to achieve the best results.
2. Refrain from working in winds stronger than grade 5 to assure safety and quality.
3. Construction should not proceed if the temperature falls below 5°C.
4. If rain or snow occurs during construction, it is crucial to implement protective measures for the laid membrane to preserve quality.
5. All personnel must don designated safety uniforms, and fire control equipment is mandatory during installation.


Packing and shipping:
1. Store membranes in a dry, well-ventilated environment to maintain their quality.
2. Store different types of membranes separately to avoid mixing and preserve their integrity.
3. Under optimal conditions, the storage duration is one year from the production date, ensuring peak product performance.
4. To ensure the utmost care during transportation, it is imperative that membrane rolls are stored in an upright position. This not only helps in preserving their integrity but also shields them from the harshness of sunlight and rain, thereby ensuring they remain in pristine condition upon delivery.
