THE WORKING PRINCIPLE CAN BE DIVIDED INTO 4 STEPS:
1. The journey begins by meticulously paving the fluff cotton fiber at the start of production via our advanced pipeline systems.
2. The cotton layer is then expertly dip-coated with starch, ensuring a robust and cohesive base.
3. A seamless combination of fiberglass mesh and the cotton layer is achieved, creating a formidable bond between the materials.
4. Finally, the combined mat undergoes precision drying, and its edges are meticulously trimmed, culminating in the production of ready-to-use rolls.
