APPLICATION OF COMPOUND BASE MAT:
Specifically utilized as the internal reinforcement for SBS/APP modified bitumen waterproofing membranes, providing exceptional durability and strength.

THE WORKING PRINCIPLE CAN BE DIVIDED INTO 4 STEPS:
1. Initiate the process by skillfully paving the fluff cotton fiber at the onset of production using advanced pipeline systems.
2. Expertly apply a dip coat of starch to the cotton layer, enhancing its properties.
3. Seamlessly integrate the fiberglass mesh with the cotton layer to form a unified structure.
4. Complete the production by drying the combined mat and meticulously trimming the edges to produce perfectly finished rolls ready for deployment.
